Peace on Earth! Good Will to All!

As we celebrate the season of the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus, we

must remember the LOVE God has for his CREATION.

This is a difficult thing to understand without Holy Spirit to reveal the

reason for Jesus' birth.

Since CREATION and man's decision to withdraw from the relationship God

established with Adam in the Garden, the desire to restore that intimate

relationship had fallen short of a COMPLETE restoration.

God IS compassionate and LONGS for his CREATION to fellowship with HIM!

God's HOLINESS will not allow HIS sinful CREATION to enter into HIS

presence, therefore WE need a COVERING that is SUFFICIENT!

Man had attempted to use the leaves of a fig tree as a COVERING in order to

enter the presence of a HOLY and RIGHTEOUS God!

This failed as God required much more.

HIS desire to RESTORE man into his presence REQUIRED a BLOOD COVERING!

The birth of a child is a MIRACLE of God's design,

Blood is shed and the baby is born.

Jesus' birth and HIS death COVERED HIS body with Blood!

The REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN MET!

The PRECIOUS Blood of Jesus paid the debt!!

God's PLAN for Restoration is MADE COMPLETE in HIM!!!

Mark 14:

(23) Then Jesus took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, and they

all drank from it.

(24) "This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many," he

said to them.

(25) "I tell you the truth, I will not drink again of the fruit of the vine

until that day when I drink it anew in the kingdom of God."

HIS COVERING is ENOUGH!

NOTHING ELSE WILL SATISFY!!

TAKE a DRINK of the SALVATION offered by Jesus!!!
