What did Jesus teach us by HIS parables?

When Jesus taught in parables, HE was using LITERAL examples of everyday

situations which had SYMBOLIC meaning.

At NO time did Jesus ever speak of anything that WAS NOT RELEVANT!

Jesus told the Pharisees and other unbelieving Jews that being wise

ONLY inhibited their ability to UNDERSTAND HIS WORD.

Luke 8: (10) He said, "The knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom

of God has been given to you, but to others I speak in parables,

so that, " 'though seeing, they may not see;

though hearing, they may not understand.

Throughout HIS ministry, Jesus was ALWAYS speaking of those things

HE heard and saw of HIS FATHER in heaven!!!

Understanding comes ONLY by HOLY SPIRIT.

HOLY SPIRIT quides us to KNOW the MEANING and APPLICATION of Jesus teachings!

Luke 10: (21) At that time Jesus, full of joy through the Holy Spirit, said, "I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this was your good pleasure.

(22) "All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows who the Son is except the Father, and no one knows who the Father is except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him."

(23) Then he turned to his disciples and said privately, "Blessed are the eyes that see what you see. (24) For I tell you that many prophets and kings wanted to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it."

Studying GOD's WORD with the understanding of HOLY SPIRIT reveals

      the Heart and Nature of a RIGHTEOUS GOD!!!

If someone DOES NOT understand, they should PRAY that HOLY SPIRIT open the

      eyes of their understanding so the TRUTH can be revealed!!!

Our FATHER desires that we comprehend HIS LOVE and COMPASSION for us.

      HALLELUJAH! GIVE PRAISE TO THE LAMB THAT WAS SLAIN!

            IN HIM ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!!

            IN HIM ALL THINGS ARE COMPLETE!!!

      I HAVE BEEN CREATED TO WORSHIP AND ADORE HIM!!!
