Garden Party
What 2 places in biblical history were the greatest battles fought?
After creation, man failed to OBEY his CREATOR and was cast out of the Garden of Eden.
The battle that took place there shook Heaven and Earth!
GOD removed man from the GLORY of HIS presence, as Adam previously walked with GOD in the Garden.
The WILL to CHOOSE between LIFE or DEATH became much more than REALITY!
Deuteronomy 30: (14) No, the word is very near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart so you may obey it. (15) See, I set before you today life and prosperity, death and destruction.
Deuteronomy 30: (19) This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live.
We CAN CHOOSE LIFE, Jesus spent the night in the Garden of Gethsemane praying and preparing for the battle against DEATH!
THE MOST HIGH GOD and HIS ONLY SON were finalizing the BATTLE plan!
This meeting was not the typical Garden Party, with laughing and jubilee.
NO, as with ALL battles a DECISION was being made!
Jesus would sacrifice HIS LIFE unto Death so that WE CAN CHOOSE LIFE!!!
John 15: (13) Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends.
Parties usually end with the GIVING of GIFTS!
Romans 6: (23)
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.
Accepting Jesus as LORD and SAVIOR is CHOOSING LIFE!
Give PRAISE to HIM who CONQUERED DEATH, HELL and the GRAVE!
A 3rd Party is planned for ETERNITY!!
