WHAT'S for Supper?

Our Lord teaches us so MUCH by HIS life.

Jesus was BORN into this world TO DIE!!!

He knew beforehand WHAT you and I will DO with the GOOD NEWS.

How should we SERVE the message of SALVATION in Christ?

Are we OBEDIENT to HOLY SPIRIT's Gifting?

1 Timothy 4: (11) Command and teach these things. (12) Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity. (13) Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to preaching and to teaching. (14) Do not neglect your gift, which was given you through a prophetic message when the body of elders laid their hands on you.

(15) Be diligent in these matters; give yourself wholly to them, so that everyone may see your progress. (16) Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers.

In the observance of COMMUNION we SERVE a New Covenant,

The BREAD---Jesus's body.

The CUP---Jesus's blood.

We participate in COMMUNION in OBEDIENCE to OUR Lord's command!

Matthew 26: (26) While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, "Take and eat; this is my body."

(27) Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you. (28) This is my blood of the[2] covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. (29) I tell you, I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it anew with you in my Father's kingdom."

We WILL eat SUPPER with Jesus in HEAVEN!!!

WILL YOU COMMIT TO SERVE HIM TODAY???

REMEMBER----We ARE the ONLY EXAMPLE of Jesus some will EVER see!
