Joyful Living in the Faith!

James 1:1-3

James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ,

To the twelve tribes scattered among the nations:

Greetings.

Trials and Temptations

Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance.

Having joy in our lives, is a promised blessing from God!

As we face the test of trials and temptations of life, clinging to HIS WORD develops an attitude of determination.

Like James, we as Believers in Christ, must continue the journey of faith, facing at every turn obstacles that carry us to a higher level in Christ.

To just mearly wander in life will not satisfy our hunger to see HIS glory or fulfil HIS purpose for believers.

This JOY that James speaks of, truly comes from overcoming these troubles, just as Christ suffered and was victorious. Jesus continued HIS mission, and we must follow HIS example.

Perseverance is akin to eternity, continuously and without end!

O' Lord, YOU strengthen me at every turn,

My Comforter and Guide!

May I be found full of YOUR Joy,

Bearing every trial,

Bringing Glory and Honor to YOUR Precious Name!!!
