Prayer for substance!

2 Corinthians 1:10-11 NIV

He has delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us. On him we have set our hope that he will continue to deliver us, as you help us by your prayers. Then many will give thanks on our behalf for the gracious favor granted us in answer to the prayers of many.

Truthfully, the apostle Paul could not have written these WORDs without having experienced them personally.

For having many believers who were consistently praying on his behalf, Paul could face all obstacles with assurance of God's Gracious favor.

This must be a wakeup call for Believers in Christ, to be reminded daily of those who serve Christ under severe and adverse conditions around the world.

Offering up prayer and thanksgiving for them and all other believers who suffer persecution for the Gospel of Christ.

Father, it is for YOUR Son and HIS name,

that I strive to please YOU!

Watch over YOUR workers in the fields of Harvest,

for the world cares not for them!!

Their labors will be fruitful,

and YOU will be Glorified!!!
