Serving as a Priest

Christ Jesus gave EACH Believer the honor and task of serving as a Priest.

Priesthood in God's Kingdom is a service to be taken seriously.

Jesus is the HIGH PRIEST, sitting at the RIGHT HAND of Father God, making intercession on our behalf.

With Believers serving as Priest, it is our responsibility to intercede on behalf of others just as Christ intercedes for us.

Yes, someone interceded for you before you gained Priesthood by becoming a Believer.

That is what we are ALL Called to do.

1 Peter 2:9

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people

belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out

of darkness into his wonderful light.

A Spiritual Nation, not bound by location or continent.

Serving a Holy and Righteous God, who lovingly seeks reconciliation with HIS creation--Man.

Therefore, Jesus came from Heaven to SERVE!

1 Peter 2:

The Living Stone and a Chosen People

(4)As you come to him, the living Stone–rejected by men but chosen by God and precious to him–

(5)you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

(6)For in Scripture it says: “See, I lay a stone in Zion, a chosen and precious cornerstone, and the one who trusts in him will never be put to shame.”

Jehovah, the Most High God promised that NO SHAME will come to HIS Anointed Priest'.

Believers, NOW is your Appointed time to serve HIM!!!

The Lord our God is ONE God!

HE Alone is Worthy of ALL PRAISE!!

Be Strengthened and KNOW that HE is God!!!
