15 Sivan 5765 RESCUED Believers!
2 Peter 2:9-12 NIV
if this is so, then the Lord knows how to rescue godly men from trials and to hold the unrighteous for the day of judgment, while continuing their punishment. This is especially true of those who follow the corrupt desire of the sinful nature and despise authority. Bold and arrogant, these men are not afraid to slander celestial beings; yet even angels, although they are stronger and more powerful, do not bring slanderous accusations against such beings in the presence of the Lord. But these men blaspheme in matters they do not understand. They are like brute beasts, creatures of instinct, born only to be caught and destroyed, and like beasts they too will perish.
Much like today, Peter addresses the problem of arrogance, disrespect and unforgiveness among believers in Christ, just as the rebellious angels in heaven before they were cast out.
How could believers then continue in rebellion, when Christ took an opportunity to admonish two of HIS disciples concerning their arrogance, disrespect and selfishness, desiring to be greater than they ought to be in relation to their leaders?
When will believers understand that unforgiveness thwarts the effecutal working of Holy Spirit in their lives?
The answer is, just as Peter came to a greater understanding through revelation from Holy Spirit concerning submission,
Disregarding Christ's command concerning submission to pastors, elders, leaders and teachers who are obediently serving a Holy and Righteous God, leaves with us the conclusion that these believers have never understood respect and submission as such as is required in the ORDER of God's Kingdom.
Therefore, Confession, Repentance and Reconciliation, makes us acceptable to Jehovah God, obedient and worthy as servants, being RESCUED and RECEIVED into HIS Kingdom.
Continuing in arrogance, disrespect and unforgiveness, being creatures of instinct, beasts like the rebellious angels as Peter writes;

Abba Father, YOU are continually correcting me,
As a loving father corrects HIS son!
My obedience and respect for YOU and YOUR authorities,
Seals my inheritance, RESCUED for eternity!!
Place YOUR WORDS of correction,
upon my heart,
to be spoken without hate, anger or malice!!!
Holy! Holy! Holy!
Are YOU, my Lord and my God!
