Give the Gift of Love!

Philippians 1:15-17

It is true that some preach Christ out of envy and rivalry, but others out of goodwill. The latter do so in love, knowing that I am put here for the defense of the gospel. The former preach Christ out of selfish ambition, not sincerely, supposing that they can stir up trouble for me while I am in chains.

Yes, there are some that have preached the gospel, with such rivalry that severe persecution has overtaken many who are faithful.

As Believers who remain faithful, we must remember Christ and HIS Love for us, bearing witness to HIM to a lost and dying generation.

The defense of the gospel is not through elaborate speeches which tickle the ears of men or deep doctrinal discussions which cause confusion and division, but compassion for unbelievers and a sincere love for their eternal destiny.

The WORD of God, preached with Power of Holy Spirit, has been effective through the conviction of sin and HIS Promise of deliverance and salvation from destruction and eternal separation from God!

I will speak of HIS Love forever!

HIS WORD fills my mouth and my heart,

Both belong to HIM now!!

I can but only speak of HIS Great Love Forever!!!
