As Believers in Christ we must realize the importance the Apostle Peter put on this passage of scripture inspired by Holy Spirit, for an understanding of what it means to desire being in the presence of God.

Having the gaze of our Lord's eyes and HIS attentive ears listening to our prayers, means that we must be obedient to HIS commands.

That is how Peter, and us as well must understand, what a deep and personal relationship with Christ requires of us as HIS disciples, we are to seek and pursue the PEACE of God in our lives.

Remembering this, only those who are RIGHTEOUS have gained access to God's Holy presence, and then, only through Holy Spirit, are we able to accept Christ and HIS acceptable blood sacrifice which was sprinkled on the altar in heaven.

Father, I enter into YOUR Holy of Holies,

only by the Blood of the Lamb!

I fall at YOUR feet,

and YOUR ears hear my cry, Holy, Holy, Holy!!

My life is but a mist, as dew in the morning,

because of HIS blood,

the understanding I have gained by Holy Spirit,

will I be found acceptable in YOUR sight!!!
