Trained for A Good Fight!

1 Timothy 4:6-8 NIV

If you point these things out to the brothers, you will be a good minister of Christ Jesus, brought up in the truths of the faith and of the good teaching that you have followed. Have nothing to do with godless myths and old wives' tales; rather, train yourself to be godly. For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.

The main objective of the enemy of God, is to kill, steal and destroy the laborers and their effectiveness in the ministering of the Gospel of Christ.

Upholding the TRUTH of Christ, is every believers commission, much like when a faithful soldier is given their appointment or assignment for duty.

It saddens those who faithfully serve Christ to see any believer who has never reported to their duty station to serve the King of Kings.

Besides all the teaching, training and the various fields of action seem to be overlooked by a growing majority of professing believers, many favor the role of being an invisible testimony to something they have never experienced.

Where is there to be a VICTORY in that?

Father, rebirth in me a deeper hunger,

one of complete dependence upon YOU!

Feed me daily with the Bread of LIFE,

filling my mouth with YOUR WORD!!

That I may serve YOU fearlessly,

with strength and courage

for each and every battle assignment,

in which I expect a VICTORY everytime!!!

Praise HIM who sits on HIS throne!!! Amen
