Prompted to Proclaim the Gospel!

2 Thessalonians 1:8-11 NIV

He will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. They will be punished with everlasting destruction and shut out from the presence of the Lord and from the majesty of his power on the day he comes to be glorified in his holy people and to be marveled at among all those who have believed. This includes you, because you believed our testimony to you. With this in mind, we constantly pray for you, that our God may count you worthy of his calling, and that by his power he may fulfill every good purpose of yours and every act prompted by your faith.

The Apostle Paul clearly explains the outcome of Christ' judgement upon those who choose not to believe in HIM and have Faith that HE is Savior and Lord, having Power to save them from eternal destruction after they die!

Arguments from the side of the unbelievers throughout the centuries against Christ, and HIS resurrection, have been the suffering and tribulation Believers in Christ have been counted worthy of, according to God's calling into their lives.

Not to be misunderstood in this, Paul refers to believer's obedience to this calling, and Power of the Gospel of Christ, which is the redemption from the judgement imposed by Jehovah God, who is Holy and Righteous!

Each of us, as Believers in Christ must come to this understanding, God has a purpose for each of us to fulfill.

That purpose being this, to proclaim the Hope and Joy of Salvation through Christ Jesus, and HIS Promise of Eternal Life after death!

O' Most High God, Lover of my soul!

It is by YOUR Son, HIS death and resurrection,

and in my confession and repentance,

accepting Christ as my Lord and Savior,

HIM alone having the Power to save me!!

This is my obedience to YOUR loving call,

to witness and testify of YOUR Majesty and Grace!!!

Sing Praises to HIS Holy Name! Amen and Amen!
