Learning of HIS Truth by HIS Spirit!

John 16:13-15 NIV

But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. He will bring glory to me by taking from what is mine and making it known to you. All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will take from what is mine and make it known to you.

As Believers of Christ, and God's WORD being HIS Truth, Holy Spirit has the job of teaching us everything about the Father and HIS Son!

In bringing Glory to HIS Son, does our lack of understanding and knowledge concerning God and HIS Truth leave us believing that Holy Spirit is ineffective in areas of teaching, counsel and guidance?

Rather, by our own admission, claiming that we have the Mind of Christ, do we in regard to learning say, "It is too hard for me to understand, or what does that have to do with me and how does this apply to my life today?"

Learning can never be forced upon the believer, the desire to learn has to come from within each believer, a desire to hunger after HIS Righteousness!

Believers are commanded by Christ to abide in HIS WORD, seeking to know more of HIM and all of HIS Ways, never resting with what we know from years past, but have a burning desire to listen to HIS Voice of teaching!

Father, YOUR WORD is full of Promise,

each day I desire to know more of YOU!

By YOUR Spirit, in revelation and teaching,

I gain every good and perfect thing from YOU!!

Pour out of YOUR Spirit upon me now,

Deeper TRUTH for YOUR Glory, forever!!!
