"HIS Finished Work!"

"God's Purpose and Grace!"

2 Timothy 1:8-12 (New International Version)

So do not be ashamed to testify about our Lord, or ashamed of me his prisoner. But join with me in suffering for the gospel, by the power of God, who has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time, but it has now been revealed through the appearing of our Savior, Christ Jesus, who has destroyed death and has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel. And of this gospel I was appointed a herald and an apostle and a teacher. That is why I am suffering as I am. Yet I am not ashamed, because I know whom I have believed, and am convinced that he is able to guard what I have entrusted to him for that day.

Every Believer in Christ must come to a deeper spiritual understanding of both God's purpose and will for their life and of the appointed time and place in which God has positioned them for serving HIS purpose and will.

As the Apostle Paul described to a younger disciple named Timothy, the foundations and principles associated with the Gospel of Christ, we must also as Believers seek every opportunity afforded us to teach, train and encourage other believers of God's finished work in Christ Jesus.

No matter what the cost to ourselves in the way of suffering and persecution, we must forever remember God's unlimited Grace which HE has given to us in HIS Son, and the even greater revelation by Holy Spirit of how our Savior and Lord destroyed every barrier and stronghold that before prevented us from receiving immortality and eternal life by HIS own sufferings.

What I have entrusted to God, as Paul mentions to Timothy is therefore a revealing witness of my personal Faith, duty and service, having no remorse of current or future suffering or persecution, I have entered into an everlasting covenant with HIM by the Precious Blood of Jesus.

O'Lord, YOUR WORD tells me of that spirtual battle,
that I am engaged in each and every day!
Christ having conquered the enemy for me,
by HIS own death and Glorious Resurrection!!
I no longer fight against flesh and blood,
but by Holy Spirit, I proclaim Victory in HIS Name!!!
Sharing with me an everlasting inheritance,
of revelation knowledge and Eternal Life!

Jesus is Lord!!! Forever and Ever!
Amen!
