"Taught by God's Spirit!"
The Apostle Paul could only speak of God's Truth when explaining the appointed work of Holy Spirit.
Knowing that many Believers in Christ would accept Holy Spirit as God's Authority over everything in Life, both physical and spiritual, Paul could and quite effectively did, speak and write in length of a Believer's need for a spiritual guide and teacher in understanding God's thoughts and ways.
As Christ knew from Creation, that the events surrounding HIS crucifixion, death and resurrection could be misunderstood by some, HE gave HIS WORD in Matthew 28:18-20 to those who are Believers, "All Authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me....And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age"
Therefore Paul was reassuring us that God did give HIS Spirit to us as Believers, as a guide and teacher.
Believers do not war against flesh and blood as the Apostle Paul tells us in Ephesians 6:12, because Christ has conquered that war by HIS death and resurrection of HIS body, but it is in our heart and mind, the spirit realm that we must continue to war against, bringing Victory into our lives as an ongoing work of Holy Spirit which is at work continually in us.
