"Continue Speaking!"
The Apostle Luke records that after the Jews had refused to believe Paul, who proclaimed the message concerning Christ and HIS Resurrection, he would now carry the Gospel to the Gentiles.
Paul's earlier vision from God had revealed the mission for which he had been called, and now this later vision from God was confirmation of his divine calling.
Like so many today, who defiantly refuse to hear and believe the Gospel of Christ, God is calling those who have remained Faithful, to bear the message of Salvation and Hope to others who are willing and ready to accept HIS WORD.
Understanding that God desires for everyone to hear the Gospel and believe, it is also HIS desire that the WORD be sown into the hearts of those who hunger and thirst for HOPE, responding favorably to the message of Salvation.
For myself, I realize that my own Obedience to God's Will and Purpose is imperative, being moved by Holy Spirit from the desolate wilderness where rejection and empathy towards Christ overwhelms me, and into those fields that God is preparing to receive the Good Seed which will grow, flourish and ripen into the Great Harvest of Souls, for God desires this above all else.
