Whoever is learning to know God [progressively to perceive, recognize, and understand God by observation and experience, and to get an ever-clearer knowledge of Him] listens to us; .... As I mature as a Believer in Christ, both in physical age and spiritual understanding, I am reminded of the early training and studies that have brought me to this place in my life today.

The spirit is willing, but the body is weak." .... As in Old Testament Days, the enlarging population of God's chosen seed, Israel, became INCREASINGLY dependent upon WATCHMAN, as the mounting number of attacks escalated.....

Monday February 13, 2006       "Prayer of Jacob!" "Prayer of (John) Jacob!" Father, as I awake and seek YOUR face, to quide me along my journey in life.....

Volume V Page V Tuesday February 14, 2006       "True LOVE!" "Notes and A Gift!" Romans 5:8 NIV But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. .... Today, countless millions will express LOVE with Notes and Gifts which represent their Affection to HONOR those they LOVE....

Colossians 1:3-6 NIV We always thank God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, when we pray for you, because we have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and of the love you have for all the saints— the faith and love that spring from the hope that is stored up for you in heaven ... The Apostle Paul wrote many letters to Believers in Christ throughout his missionary journeys. Mostly sharing encouragement and warnings, along with reminders of Faith and Hope in the Gospel of Christ....

Isaiah 61:6-8 NIV Instead of their shame my people will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace they will rejoice in their inheritance;... What is sometimes overlooked is that HE has established an Everlasting Covenant with us who have received Christ as Lord and Savior, and by Faith trust HIM in every aspect of life.....

Volume V Page VIII Wednesday February 22, 2006       "New Wine!" "Are we Drunk?" Acts 2:14-21 NIV Then Peter stood up with the Eleven, raised his voice and addressed the crowd: "Fellow Jews and all of you who live in Jerusalem, let me explain this to you; listen carefully to what I say. These men are not drunk, as you suppose.... ......Have we become DRUNK on ourselves, to the point that our vision is so BLURRED that we can no longer SEE HIM as we should?

Volume V Page IX Thursday February 23, 2006       "The Wrong Wine!" "DUI!" Proverbs 23:29-35 NIV ..."They hit me," you will say, "but I'm not hurt! They beat me, but I don't feel it! When will I wake up so I can find another drink?"... We must WAKE UP and search God's WORD with increased desire for another DRINK of New WINE, to be Strengthened for the troublesome times we are to face as Believers in Christ, in a world that hated HIM, and now hates us also!!!

John 2:6-10 NIV Nearby stood six stone water jars, the kind used by the Jews for ceremonial washing, each holding from twenty to thirty gallons. Jesus said to the servants, "Fill the jars with water"; so they filled them to the brim.... Understanding of God's WORD is dependent upon continued revelation, or revealing, by Holy Spirit. HIM being given to Believers.....

John 4:13,14 NIV Jesus answered, "Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give him will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life." As Believers in Christ, we must rely upon HIM and HIS abundant and endless supply of Grace and Mercy....
