"Mirror, Mirror!"

"Whose Reflection Do I See!"

James 1:22-25 (New International Version)

Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like a man who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it—he will be blessed in what he does.

A time of Harvest is that season which brings God's workers of righteousness into the fields of labor that are full to overflowing, therefore I must be willing to do the work that I have been chosen to do.

The WORDs written by the Apostle James, are a vivid reminder of exactly whose reflection I see when I look into a mirror.

I do not see the face of someone else who should be doing the work that God has for me,

but rather I see HIS choice for my work,,,,

ME!

I am never to forget that I must take God's WORD into the field, diligently proclaiming liberty and freedom to those who are in bondage and held captive by the enemy.

Father of Light, I must be busy while it is still day,
YOUR finished work of Salvation,
Christ Jesus is The True and Living Way!
Not by my own strength alone will I toil,
with YOUR Holy Spirit, filled with Power and Might!!
So many are lost and without HOPE today,
bring those who are blinded by the darkness of night,
leading them safely into YOUR Glorious Presence, I pray!!!

Amen!
