The Apostle John knew Christ was the Son of God, and he recorded for us this prayer that Jesus prayed to the Father on our behalf.

This is a perfect example of Love, that Christ, the King of Glory, would petition our Creator, God the Father, for our sanctification, safety and salvation by HIS sacrifice.

As a Believer in Christ, I must follow HIS example of proclaiming the Truth of God, praying as Jesus did, that in the sacrifice that Jesus made of HIS own life, others may also receive the Promise of Eternal Life!

I must obediently and lovingly go into the highways and byways, hedgerows and fields of the world, and be a witness and give testimony of Christ and HIS Love for all mankind!
