"HE Reveals HIS Glory!"

"Overflowing JOY!"

1 Peter 4:13-18 (New International Version)

But rejoice that you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed. If you are insulted because of the name of Christ, you are blessed, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you. If you suffer, it should not be as a murderer or thief or any other kind of criminal, or even as a meddler. However, if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name. For it is time for judgment to begin with the family of God; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God? And,
"If it is hard for the righteous to be saved, what will become of the ungodly and the sinner?"

I am able to withstand sufferings and trials living as a Believer in Christ, when I read of the eternal destiny of those who have decided to live their own way and choose not to obey God and HIS Will for them.

My JOY will be increased, as the Apostle Peter mentions, being unashamed to suffer for the Name that I have willingly chosen to bear!

There will be Great JOY and Blessing at the time of judgement, for I will have settled within my heart to share the Gospel of Christ with others around me.

As Peter proclaims, HIS Glory will rest upon those who suffer for the cause of Righteousness, I must Praise God for being counted as one worthy to bear the name of Christ.

Believers in Christ, members of God's family, will one day be ushered into HIS Glorious Presence, and I desire more than anything to be in attendance!!!

O'Lord, YOUR Glory surrounds me each day,
abundant JOY is mine in YOU alone!
In YOUR Presence are the souls of many,
who have been Obedient to YOUR Will!!
Holy Spirit guides me through every trial,
that I may Rejoice on that beautiful day,
and there I will see my HOPE complete!!!

O'Lord, I seek YOUR face!

Forever and Amen!!!
