"Heirs by Faith!"

"God's Promise to the Righteous!"

Romans 4:13-15 (New International Version)

It was not through law that Abraham and his offspring received the promise that he would be heir of the world, but through the righteousness that comes by faith. For if those who live by law are heirs, faith has no value and the promise is worthless, because law brings wrath. And where there is no law there is no transgression.

Abraham was called by God as the father of many nations, a promise that is being fulfilled each and every day as more and more people hear and accept the Truth, the Good News of Christ, and HIS finished work of the cross upon which HE hung as our Savior, Redeemer and King.

The inheritance of which Christ became heir to, God's Kingdom, and for believers also becoming joint heirs with Christ, this came not by just obeying the law alone, but by a believer's obedience through deep faith that God withholds HIS wrath from those who bear the Name of HIS Son, accepting HIM as the one who gave HIS life as the substitution for their sin.

Where God saw the obedience in Abraham, that he would sacrifice his own son, it was the obedient act of faith which God considered as an act of eternal value and is accounted for as righteousness.

Therefore, having faith in Christ, and accepting both HIS sacrifice and resurrection as an act of eternal value, my faithfullness and obedience to God's will and purpose then declares Hope in Christ is the fulfillment of God's promise of righteousness for which the law was unable to provide.

O'Lord, it was for me that YOU gave YOUR life,
that my transgression be blotted out!
For there is no greater desire in my heart,
than to believe YOUR WORD which holds eternal life!!
Where my own righteousness is but filthy rags,
it is now YOUR robe of righteousness
that clothes me in YOUR Presence!!!
Pour into my life an increase of YOUR Spirit,
that I may continue in service,
offering my life as an obedient
and willing vessel of worship unto YOU!

Amen!
