"A Living Hope!"
The Apostle Peter, who earlier in his faith had denied knowing Christ, and a short time later, both witnessed and experienced the manifestation of Holy Spirit upon his life and the other disciples at Pentecost.
As Holy Spirit birthed within Peter and the early disciples, a spiritual urgency, intensely moving them to proclaim Jesus as Messiah, our Resurrected Lord and Savior, I now understand more clearly the revelation which has been given to HIS church.
Whereas Judas, lacking genuine faith, had betrayed Jesus and received an earthly compensation for his duties, which perishes as Peter describes, thus it is of a far greater HOPE to endure in true Faith and wait patiently for Christ to reward obedience with Salvation of our souls.
With inexpressible JOY, I believe in Christ, not having seen HIM with my physical eyes, but with spiritual eyesight, a clear and focused vision given by Holy Spirit.
An ever increasing measure of Faith is what Peter, Paul and John were diligently speaking of, abundant in Faith and Power, for God's Power exists within the growing Knowledge of HIS Son, Christ Jesus through Holy Spirit.
Eternal compensation will only be given to Full of Faith(Faithful) believers, who unlike Judas, WILL Live with confidence knowing HIS genuine riches belong only to the heirs of HIS Kingdom.
