By HIS own WORDs, Christ Jesus spoke of principles that can and will nourish and sustain me as a believer throughout my life, for these principles have been in effect since Creation, not having lost importance or significance over time.

Because my Father God knows what I have need of, before I can even think or ask of HIM.

When I chose to accept God's infinite and abundant Grace and Mercy, along with HIS plan, course and direction for my life, then it is HIS righteousness alone which continuously fills the hunger which once existed in my heart.

It can never be that I have gorged myself on just that 1 meal,

a tiny portion from God's banquet table of inexpressible delights, which I hastily gulped down some years ago, during a time of spiritual famine in my life, being a deep and continual need that only my Creator knows and is able to supply.

But rather I choose a course of life,

seated daily in HIS Presence, consuming the nourishment of HIS WORD which can and will eternally satisfy the hunger and thirst of my body, soul and spirit.

A longing for sweet fellowship that can never be filled by anything or anyone other than Christ HIMself.

 

Father, YOU set a table before me, filled with the good things of YOUR storehouse! Prepared by YOUR gracious and loving hands, there I will sit and be fed by YOU always, clothed with the robes of YOUR righteousness!! YOU desire is that each day I must also go, searching the byways and highways, through the streets and roads, bringing those hurting and hungry I find, that they may receive and be filled with the Bread of Life!!!
