Volume XIII, Page II

Wednesday October 4, 2006       12 Tishri 5767 Deuteronomy 32:1-32:52

"Praises of God!"

"Seeking what is Holy!"

Romans 2:29b (New International Version)

....and circumcision is circumcision of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the written code. Such a man's praise is not from men, but from God.

It seems easier to settle for praise that can come from the world, yet the Apostle Paul reveals that Praise from God is much more desireable.

While Holy Spirit continually changes the attitudes of my heart, I see more of the many reasons why I should seek Praise from God alone, and not become comfortable with or satisfied with less than HIS blessings and favor.

Transformation of my heart, by HIS Spirit, and not only because of laws or regulations which should be obeyed, but it is that I must eagerly strive with all that I am to be obedient to the whole counsel of God by Holy Spirit.

I can then know that Praises from God are much more valuable in the sense of eternity, than any praise I might ever receive from men.

O'Lord, I desire YOUR favor and blessing!
Nothing else satisfies my soul,
like the fullness of YOUR Spirit!!
Shower me each day with YOUR Grace,
for I long to Praise and Honor only YOU!!!
In all my days may I Glorify YOUR Name!

Amen!
