"Things to Talk About!"
Under the direct and divine inspiration of God's Spirit, Moses had guided the Israelites out of Egypt, from under the bondage and persecution they had suffered, and in this letter to the Corinthians, the Apostle Paul writes a WORD of Knowledge.
These scriptures were recorded concerning not just the physical deliverance of a people who hunger and thirst after a Holy and Righteous God, but also the spiritual deliverance which comes through Jesus, the Messiah and Christ.
For without God's Presence and HIS Spirit of Power, not one of the Israelites would have escaped from their current oppressions, nor would they have realized the fulfillment of God's Promise, the Hope of a long awaited Savior of HIS people.
It would be this 'Conversation Starter', that Paul would use to introduce the Corinthians and me, to Christ Jesus, the Anointed ONE of God, who was Appointed as the Deliverer and Savior of the whole world.
Paul used this historical reference to God's Power and Presence, as a literal application which points towards the spiritual and supernatural 'Baptism' of Holy Spirit, which God intended and purposed for all who cry out to HIM for Deliverance and Salvation from their oppressions and bleak future.
God has revealed this 'Knowledge' of HIS intended purpose, to Paul and all who will diligently seek to be 'Delivered' from under the bondage of ignorance and hopelessness, to be literally transformed in their minds to HIS 'Thoughts and Ways'.
Such an intelligent man as the Apostle Paul was, he still grieved deeply the rejection of God's Power, because such a 'Thing to Talk About' could not be understood by the carnal mind.
Similarly today, many will dispute this same 'WORK' of God in the lives of Believers, yet it is without saying,
