Volume 4 Chapter 1 Page 6

Monday January 8, 2007       18 Tevet 5767 (Hebrew 4th Month)

"What Christ Reveals!"

"Believers Must Learn and Obey!"

Luke 10:21-22 (New International Version)

At that time Jesus, full of joy through the Holy Spirit, said, "I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this was your good pleasure. All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows who the Son is except the Father, and no one knows who the Father is except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him."

I confess there is much of God and HIS WORD that I have yet to learn, so I continue to read and pray for HIS Spirit to teach and guide me into understanding Truth.

I found these WORDs of Christ to be comforting, answering a question that for a time had troubled me, yet HIS Spirit taught me what Jesus had revealed

Matthew 6:1-4

"Be careful not to do your 'acts of righteousness' before men, to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven. "So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by men. I tell you the truth, they have received their reward in full. But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

I believe God's WORD to be Truth, and speaking with all honesty, I do not want to wake up one morning and realize that I have already received a full reward of fame or honor from men, for that would mean that all I had ever done with my life was to glorify myself.

Glory and Honor belongs only to the Lamb of God, the King of Kings, my Lord and Savior Christ Jesus, who gave HIS Life that I might know HIM more, and receive understanding of the hidden things through Holy Spirit.

I strive diligently and in earnest, to quote the WORDs of Christ as accurately as I can, and having written many pages of what I believe to have been revealed to me through HIS Spirit, I pray that I have been used by God as a faithful witness.

One of my deepest convictions is that in Obedience to HIS WORD, I will deny myself daily, where my pride falls there as well, in order that there be plenty of room in my heart for what God desires to place there as knowledge, understanding and wisdom concerning HIS Kingdom work which I have been called and chosen by HIM to serve HIS Will and Good Pleasure.

While most of the words that I will speak during my life here on earth will soon be forgotten by many, it is God's WORD that will call each of us to give an account for everyone of them, but what I desire most from all of my labors, is that it will bring Honor and Glory to God and HIS Son, Christ Jesus who so many times said;

"It is written"

Father, YOUR WORD is my lamp,
which guides me through the darkness!
HIS Light will forever shine,
so that all may see and know YOU are God!!
My heart is filled with Joy and Gladness,
for I have found YOU to be Faithful and True!!!
All Glory and Honor belongs to YOU!
Holy, Holy, Holy is YOUR Name O'Lord!

Amen!
