Tuesday January 2, 2007       "A Believer's Faith!" "In Times Like These!" Acts 14:22 (New International Version) ...strengthening the disciples and encouraging them to remain true to the faith. "We must go through many hardships to enter the kingdom of God," they said. Much like the 1st century church, there must be believers today who are willing to endure the hardships associated with remaining true to their Faith in Christ, as this will strengthen and encourage many who seek a deeper and more intimate relationship of Faith with God.

Wednesday January 3, 2007       "Being Challenged!" "By God's Eternal Truth!" 1 Timothy 3:16 (New International Version) Beyond all question, the mystery of godliness is great: He appeared in a body, was vindicated by the Spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory. The Apostle Paul wrote these WORDs to young Timothy, fully knowing by the revelation of Truth from God's Spirit, that his own Faith in Christ would be challenged at every turn.

Thursday January 4, 2007       "Re-Formed!" "By God's Spirit!" 2 Corinthians 3:18 (New International Version) And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. A Believer in Christ is to strive with all uncertainity, the transformation into a new creation as God's WORD says we are, giving Holy Spirit permission to reside within us, allowing our minds to be renewed where we seek after the things of God.

Friday January 5, 2007       "Pressing Onward!" "Into God's WORK!" Philippians 3:12 (New International Version) Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Where I believe the WORDs of Christ, as the Apostle Paul certainly did, I know without hesitation that HIS Life was the Perfect example from birth to resurrection, and that is what God desires for my life.

Monday January 8, 2007       "What Christ Reveals!" "Believers Must Learn and Obey!" Luke 10:21-22 (New International Version) At that time Jesus, full of joy through the Holy Spirit, said, "I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this was your good pleasure....... I confess there is much of God and HIS WORD that I have yet to learn, so I continue to read and pray for HIS Spirit to teach and guide me into understanding Truth.

Tuesday January 9, 2007       "Salvation's Sign!" "Revealed in the Last Days!" Matthew 12:38-40 (New International Version) Then some of the Pharisees and teachers of the law said to him, "Teacher, we want to see a miraculous sign from you." He answered, "A wicked and adulterous generation asks for a miraculous sign!..... While all the world seeks a sign from heaven, one that proves the existence of a Powerful and Mighty God who through HIS Great Love, gave HIS only begotten Son, the Gospel of Christ is Salvation's Sign which belongs to all who place their Faith and Hope in HIM.

Wednesday January 10, 2007       "Advancement in God's Kingdom!" "Pray for an Increased Harvest!" Phillipians 1:9-12 (New International Version) And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ,.... It is evident by these scriptures, that the Apostle Paul was devoted and dedicated to the spiritual growth and wellbeing of the disciples within the church.

Thursday January 11, 2007       "Into tHIS Hour!" "Acknowledge HIM as Lord!" Luke 12:8-9 (New International Version) (Jesus speaking)"I tell you, whoever acknowledges me before men, the Son of Man will also acknowledge him before the angels of God. But he who disowns me before men will be disowned before the angels of God. As a Believer in Christ, I am finding more and more Truth in God's WORD, where the spoken WORDs of Jesus are being fulfilled and accomplished, in what I believe to the greatest hour in history for HIS New Testament church.

Friday January 12, 2007       "Unlimited and Boundless!" "Is God's Eternal WORD!" 2 Corinthians 10:13-14 (New International Version) We, however, will not boast beyond proper limits, but will confine our boasting to the field God has assigned to us, a field that reaches even to you. We are not going too far in our boasting, as would be the case if we had not come to you, for we did get as far as you with the gospel of Christ. Where Guidance and Inspiration of Holy Spirit is Truth, the foundation and principal goal of every believer must be Obedience to HIS commandment for the advancement of the Gospel of Christ.

Monday January 15, 2007       "Holy Spirit, Reveal More to me!" "As my Guide, Teacher and Power for Life!" Romans 5:5 (New International Version) And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. The body of Christ has QUITE effectively searched AND found in the letters which the Apostle Paul wrote to the church, what is to be God's mandate for church order, doctrinal foundation and a convenient archive for fulfillment of blessings.

Tuesday January 16, 2007       "How Great is my God!" "HE Reveals HIS Glory!" Ezekiel 8:4 (New International Version) And there before me was the glory of the God of Israel, as in the vision I had seen in the plain God revealed HIS Glory to the Prophet Ezekiel in a vision, and the Prophet knew and believed the Greatness of the Lord Almighty.

Wednesday January 17, 2007       "Praying for Reign!" "Faith is built up by Holy Spirit!" Jude 1:20 (New International Version) But you, dear friends, build yourselves up in your most holy faith and pray in the Holy Spirit. Christ prayed for HIS disciples to know and understand who HE is and what God's Spirit would reveal, both for the strengthening and the encouragement necessary to answer God's call to reach those who are without Hope of Salvation and the Promise of Eternal Life.

Thursday January 18, 2007       "Room with a View!" "Making a Reservation!" Psalm 27:4 (New International Version) One thing I ask of the LORD, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple. I have been to conferences and other meetings, and I knew beforehand that to have a place to rest and relax from all the activity of the day, I needed to make a reservation.

Friday January 19, 2007       "The Light Came!" "That We Might See God's Glory!" John 11:40 (New International Version) Then Jesus said, Did I not tell you that if you believed, you would see the glory of God? I remember a few years back when I first heard the Christian group MercyMe who recorded the song, 'I Can Only Imagine', I will confess that I literally cried my eyes out, realizing the awestruck wonder of which Moses must have had, .....

Monday January 22, 2007       "Wealth and Prosperity!" "A Kingdom Inheritance!" James 5:3-6 (New International Version) Your gold and silver are corroded. Their corrosion will testify against you and eat your flesh like fire. You have hoarded wealth in the last days..... You have condemned and murdered innocent men, who were not opposing you. James, the brother of Jesus inspired by Holy Spirit to write these WORDs to believers, had more than just a revelation about wealth, he had lived with and served the King of Kings, who eternally holds all the treasures of wealth and prosperity of the Kingdom of God, and as a Believer in Christ, I too share in the inheritance of that wealth and prosperity as a joint-heir with HIM.

Tuesday January 23, 2007       "Understand HIS Commands!" "Through me Produce YOUR HARVEST!" 2 Corinthians 9:11-15 (New International Version) You will be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, ....This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of God's people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God. ... Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift! The Apostle Paul writes that he had known great riches and honor, explaining that his greatest JOY was not found in wealth associated with fine meats, clothes and position of status as it once was, but rather later when he states that his greatest JOY was found in Christ and the Gospel of Truth.

Wednesday January 24, 2007       "A Rich Understanding of Christ!" "Treasures of Wisdom and Knowledge!" Colossians 2:3-5 (New International Version) My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, ... may have the full riches of complete understanding, ... may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, ....I am present with you in spirit and delight to see how orderly you are and how firm your faith in Christ is. Having heard the phrase, 'You don't see the forest because of the trees!' repeatedly many, many times throughout my life, there is TRUTH to the reality of this old time wearied saying.

Thursday January 25, 2007       "$ouled OUT too Quickly!" "Bad Deci$ion$ are Co$tly!" John 13:27-29 (New International Version) "What you are about to do, do quickly," Jesus told him, but no one at the meal understood why Jesus said this to him. Since Judas had charge of the money, some thought Jesus was telling him to buy what was needed for the Feast, or to give something to the poor. Everytime I read about the "Last Supper", I see something that reminds me of the extreme price Jesus PAID for my Salvation, yet HE was SOLD OUT by Judas, 1 of HIS own disciples, due to the fact that Judas was greedy and selfish, but more importantly out of his ignorance to the TRUTH of the Wealth and Riches that are in Christ Jesus.

Friday January 26, 2007       "A Cutting aWAY of the lIars!" "Who have SOLD OFF thIer InherItance!" Titus 1:10-11 (New International Version) For there are many rebellious people, mere talkers and deceivers, especially those of the circumcision group. They must be silenced, because they are ruining whole households by teaching things they ought not to teach—and that for the sake of dishonest gain. Christ, as recorded in scripture, spoke at great length of the attitudes and issues of concern within the heart of HIS followers, to which HE gave instruction and counsel in order that these conditions be corrected or eliminated.

Monday January 29, 2007       "They Found HIM!" "Christ, Shepherd and Savior of the Lost!" Mark 1:36-38 (New International Version) Simon and his companions went to look for him, and when they found him, they exclaimed: "Everyone is looking for you!" Jesus replied, With such determination and zeal, did Simon(Peter) and other disciples(James, John and Andrew(Peter's brother) SEEK to find Jesus, that HE might also reveal HIMself as the Christ, Son of the Living God, to those who sought a Savior, a shepherd that could not only save them, but comfort, nurture and feed them as well.

Tuesday January 30, 2007       "Hostages Released!" "HE Rescued US All!" 2 Corinthians 10:3-6 (Amplified) For though we walk (live) in the flesh, we are not carrying on our warfare according to the flesh and using mere human weapons. For the weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood], but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds, [Inasmuch as we] refute arguments and theories and reasonings and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God; and we lead every thought and purpose away captive .... As the Apostle Paul explains the specifics of the spiritual warfare believers are to be continuously engaged in.

Wednesday January 31, 2007       "Breakthrough to Victory!" "Restoring Inspiration!" 1 Peter 5:6-11 (New International Version) Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings. And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast. To him be the power for ever and ever. Amen.. I find these WORDs of the Apostle Peter, under the INSPIRATION of Holy Spirit, to be a reminder of the RESTORING Power which Christ speaks of through HIS WORD.
