Galatians 4:9-12
(Amplified Version)

Now, however, that you have come to be acquainted with and understand and know [the true] God,
or rather to be understood and known by God,
how can you turn back again to the weak and beggarly and worthless elementary things [of all religions before Christ came],
whose slaves you once more want to become?
You observe [particular] days and months and seasons and years!
I am alarmed [about you], lest I have labored among
and over you to no purpose and in vain.
Brethren, I beg of you, become as I am [free from the bondage of Jewish ritualism and ordinances],
for I also have become as you are [a Gentile].
You did me no wrong [in the days when I first came to you;
do not do it now].

I myself have become saddened and distraught lately over those who claim to be Believers in Christ,

yet as the Apostle Paul states in these verses, continue holding fiercely to customs,
traditions and even manmade doctrines which Christ HIMself came to earth in order to tear down.

When Christ met and spoke to the Samaritan woman at the well,

HE 'KNEW' she had been married and divorced many times before, and was currently living with a man that was not her husband.

Not only was she a Samaritan woman,

and by all accounts and rules set in place over men by men, Jesus was never to have spoken to her,
much less command her to confess her transgressions and then 'Forgive' her, in order that she might testify of HIS Majesty as,
'The MAN who told me all that I ever DID!'

Christ Jesus also taught HIS disciples of the 'Good Samaritan',

who having compassion on the man who had been beaten and left for dead alongside the road,
yet Jesus knew the 'heart condition' of a man was much more important
in 'Kingdom Work' than whatever the flesh and it's limitations and failings were capable of.

Paul, who was previously Saul, the 'Pharisee of Pharisees',

was in the eyes of men and their doctines, above 'Reproach'.

Where he had previously persecuted, tortured and even murdered the 'Saints',

the Apostle Paul too, was also 'Forgiven',
becoming a servant of the Gospel of Christ,
who many times by his own confession,
spoke and wrote of things derived from his carnal mind
which were not of 'Inspriration of Holy Spirit',
he claims this by his own admission.

Yet where the 'Authority and Power' of Holy Spirit,

could take such a man as Paul, transform him into that 'Obedient' messenger,
sent into a world without Joy and Hope of a 'Reconciled' relationship with Father God,
through HIS Son Christ Jesus,
it was imperative that Paul claim he had become as they, a 'Gentile'.

Gentile, Samaritan or as Paul wrote of himself

'chief of sinners',
by and only because of the Grace of God, was he able to
'Faithfully and Obediently'
claim heirship in the 'Kingdom of God',
that 'Realm of Believers in Christ',
one who does the work of the 'Master'
regardless of any doctrines, customs or rituals
set forth as deterents of service by men upon men.

Do What Jesus Did!

                   What Would Jesus Do?

                              What DID Jesus DO?
