"Power in HIS Blood!"

Then the Jews began to argue sharply among themselves, "How can this man give us his flesh to eat?" Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. I am compelled to Believe the Apostle John had a deeper understanding

of the Christ' WORDs of TRUTH and what HE meantby these scriptures at the time when they were spoken before HIS crucifixion and death, than did some of the other disciples.

Believers must hunger for God's WORD,

the very body of Christ, in order that we be filled with the TRUTH, satisfying that need for Eternal Love.

Everything other than Christ, leaves me empty and void,

and where HIS WORDs comfort and build my strength for the coming days of trial, I must devour all of HIM that I can.

It is the Blood of Christ, that not only quenches my thirst

for more of HIM and HIS heavenly Father's thoughts and ways, but it also cleanses my soul from the stains of sin, which keeps me from entering into God's Holy and Righteous Presence.

Substituting and replacing that once ritualistic sacrificial lamb,

Christ Jesus HIMself becoming the Lamb that was sacrificed, giving both HIS Body and HIS Blood, the complete and total atoning sacrifice for sin, and by that I am able to obtain my citizenship and inheritance in heaven for Eternity.

God's plan for my redemption, included the crucifixion

and death of my Lord and Savior, but the Plan did not end there, HE also made provision for HIS Resurrection.

New Life and New Blood flows through the body of Christ,

Holy Spirit is the Power of God which makes this possible in the Life of every individual Believer.

Being a new creation in God's sight,

having the Blood of Christ flowing through my body, to be both my sin offering and the LIFE that is Everlasting, brings to my heart a deeper understanding, like that of the Apostle John, of why Christ was Obedient to HIS Father's Plan.

More of who Christ IS to me!

          MORE like HIM,

                        I desire to be!!

                      Some day SOON, with HIM I will BE!!!

O'Lord, give my heart a new song to sing, a melody sweet that tells of YOUR unfailing LOVE! That I may speak those WORDs of Life Eternal, to all those that are lost and without HOPE!! Sing a New Song, a mighty sound of Victory, of HIS Blood that washes my sins away!!! Write YOUR WORDs upon my heart, O'Lord, that my lips will forevery sing Praises to YOU!
