March 2007 Archive

Thursday March 1, 2007       "Look to the heavens!"
"Redemption IS drawing Near!"
Revelation 1:7 (Amplified Version)
Behold, He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him; and all the tribes of the earth shall gaze upon Him and beat their breasts and mourn and lament over Him. Even so [must it be]. Amen (so be it).
A 'night'time launch has been scheduled, and all the necessary preparations have been meticuously planned out by the 'world's wisest' and most learned architects, engineers and scientists, driven by an 'inward' desire to 'reach into the heavens', implementing and carrying out those 'plans', only to fancy the 'hearts of men', who can only dream of 'heavenly grandeur', such as YOU, O'Lord!!!
O'Lord, will man ever learn?

Friday March 2, 2007       "Look from the heavens!"
"Claiming HIM as Faithful and True!"
Even though man lives upon this earth, often refered to as the '3rd Rock from the Son', where every effort is surely being exhausted in finding 'ImmortalIty' and the 'FountaIn of YOUthfulness', where even the memories of the 'Search', are far less valuable than one might think, 'worthless' in God's sight.

Monday March 5, 2007       "A Peculiar People!"
"HE is my Redeemer!"
Titus 2:14 (Amplified Version)
Who gave Himself on our behalf that He might redeem us (purchase our freedom) from all iniquity and purify for Himself a people [to be peculiarly His own, people who are] eager and enthusiastic about [living a life that is good and filled with] beneficial deeds..
The Apostle Paul tells us as Believers in Christ in this letter to the young and enthusiastic Timothy, of the eternal significance that is at the foundation of the New Life I am to live through God's guidance by Holy Spirit.

Tuesday March 6, 2007       "Realm of Believers!"
"Of Those Called to Serve!"
Galatians 4:9-12 (Amplified Version)
Now, however, that you have come to be acquainted with and understand and know [the true] God, or rather to be understood and known by God, how can you turn back again to the weak and beggarly and worthless elementary things [of all religions before Christ came], whose slaves you once more want to become?....
I myself have become saddened and distraught lately over those who claim to be Believers in Christ, yet as the Apostle Paul states in these verses, continue holding fiercely to customs, traditions and even manmade doctrines which Christ HIMself came to earth in order to tear down.

Wednesday March 7, 2007       "Realm of Believers!"
"Made Holy and Righteous in Christ!"
Acts 10:28 (Amplified Version)
And he said to them, You yourselves are aware how it is not lawful or permissible for a Jew to keep company with or to visit or [even] to come near or to speak first to anyone of another nationality, but God has shown and taught me by words that I should not call any human being common or unhallowed or [ceremonially] unclean.
The Apostle Luke recorded the Acts of the Apostles for a very good reason, to reveal the Everlasting desire of God, in that all men, of all walks and positions in this life, must come to that place in their understanding, to that point of 'TRUTH'.

Thursday March 8, 2007       "Realm of Believers!"
"HIS Will IS Being Done!"
Acts 18:5-11 (Amplified Version)
By the time Silas and Timothy arrived from Macedonia, Paul was completely engrossed with preaching, earnestly arguing and testifying to the Jews that Jesus [is] the Christ. But since they kept opposing and abusing and reviling him, he shook out his clothing [against them] and said to them, Your blood be upon your [own] heads! I am innocent [of it]. From now on I will go to the Gentiles (the heathen).
The Apostle Luke records a monumental achievement in the Kingdom of God through these verses, where this well-known leader of the local synagogue, a man by the name of Crispus, believed in Christ and was baptized into Faith and without any hesitation I must say, received Holy Spirit as God's deposit of both manifestation and revelation of 'TRUTH'.

Friday March 9, 2007       "Realm of Believers!"
"Repairing and Cleaning UP!"
Romans 7:14-25 (Amplified Version)
We know that the Law is spiritual; but I am a creature of the flesh [carnal, unspiritual], having been sold into slavery under [the control of] sin. For I do not understand my own actions [I am baffled, bewildered]. I do not practice or accomplish what I wish, but I do the very thing that I loathe [which my moral instinct condemns].
Recently I have been 'Repairing and Cleaning UP' since the 'newness' of spring has arrived, to find and correct those things which are in need of being 'transformed' to an original state, new and pleasing as they are 'Valued' even though many things are unsightly and of less value that they once were.

Monday March 12, 2007       "Realm of Believers!"
"Support and Encourage One Another!"
Romans 15:1-6 (Amplified Version)
WE WHO are strong [in our convictions and of robust faith] ought to bear with the failings and the frailties and the tender scruples of the weak; [we ought to help carry the doubts and qualms of others] and not to please ourselves. Let each one of us make it a practice to please (make happy) his neighbor for his good and for his true welfare, to edify him [to strengthen him and build him up spiritually]. For Christ did not please Himself [gave no thought to His own interests];......
The Apostle Paul knew the value of Support and Encouragement, both from those believers that desired to share in his efforts to fulfill God's calling upon his life, and his own Support and Encouragement of other Believers in Christ who face the many struggles in realationships each day.

Tuesday March 13, 2007       "Realm of Believers!"
"Admonishment IN Christ!"
1 Corinthians 4:6-10 (Amplified Version)
...so that from what I have said of us [as illustrations], you may learn [to think of men in accordance with Scripture and] not to go beyond that which is written, that none of you may be puffed up and inflated with pride and boast in favor of one [minister and teacher] against another.......
As I read this letter written by the Apostle Paul to the Believers in Christ in Corinth, I consider the deep agitation that seems evident within the text of Paul's WORDs, and know myself how grieved Paul was to have written such admonishment to those men and women who he had preached and taught the Gospel of Christ to under the guidance and direction of Holy Spirit.

Wednesday March 14, 2007       "Realm of Believers!"
"Encouragement IN Christ!"
2 Thessalonians 1:4-8 (Amplified Version)
And this is a cause of our mentioning you with pride among the churches (assemblies) of God for your steadfastness (your unflinching endurance and patience) and your firm faith in the midst of all the persecutions and crushing distresses and afflictions under which you are holding up........
With each letter the Apostle Paul wrote to the different fellowship of Believers in Christ, God's WORDs brought 'Encouragement' to HIS people during times of difficulties, strife, oppression and sometimes severe persecution.

Thursday March 15, 2007       "Realm of Believers!"
"United in Fellowship with Christ!"
1 Corinthians 1:17-19 (Amplified Version)
For Christ (the Messiah) sent me out not to baptize but [to evangelize by] preaching the glad tidings (the Gospel), and that not with verbal eloquence,......
The Apostle Paul was knowledgeable of what he was implying here in these verses, as he himself was before his life changing experience with Christ, a learned philosopher of philosophy, discerning only those teachings that had been taught by men and not as Revelation from God through Holy Spirit.

Monday March 19, 2007       "A Living Love!"
"HE Loves Through me"
Luke 6:35 (Amplified Version)
But love your enemies and be kind and do good [doing favors so that someone derives benefit from them] and lend, expecting and hoping for nothing in return but considering nothing as lost and despairing of no one;......
Christ always found it easy to LOVE, even those who despised and persecuted HIM, through much of HIS life.

Tuesday March 20, 2007       "Living a Legacy!"
"HIS Love IS!"
John 15:8-10 (Amplified Version)
....I have loved you, [just] as the Father has loved Me; abide in My love [continue in His love with Me]. If you keep My commandments [if you continue to obey My instructions],......
The Apostle John, often refered to as 'the beloved disciple', knew that Christ loved him and the other disciples with such deep and caring devotion.

Wednesday March 21, 2007       "FLOODed with Memories !"
"An Overflowing Measure!"
Ephesians 3:19 (Amplified Version)
[That you may really come] to know [practically, through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may be filled [through all your being] unto all the fullness of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]!
The Apostle Paul was a very learned and intelligent man, rich in 'Knowledge' by any 'Measure of The WORD'. What God's Spirit did in his life, HE is 'NOW DOING' in my life and in the lives of so many other Believers in Christ today.

Thursday March 22, 2007       "Rescued by HIS Blood!"
"Great IS HIS Love!"
Colossians 1:12-14 (Amplified Version)
Giving thanks to the Father, Who has qualified and made us fit to share the portion which is the inheritance of the saints (God's holy people) in the Light. [The Father] has delivered and drawn us to Himself out of the control and the dominion of darkness and has transferred us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, In Whom we have our redemption through His blood,.....
The Apostle Paul knew personally how staggering and overwhelming the condemnation and guilt of sin which could potentially hinder me in my relationship with God, and with my close family and friends.

Friday March 23, 2007       "Purposed Love!"
"Living HIS Will!"
1 John 3:20-22 (Amplified Version)
Whenever our hearts in [tormenting] self-accusation make us feel guilty and condemn us. [For we are in God's hands.] For He is above and greater than our consciences (our hearts), and He knows (perceives and understands) everything [nothing is hidden from Him].....
The Apostle John tells of how my conscience must be in submission, not only to my will but to HIS Will and HIS Purpose, in that I may become more Obedient to HIS orders, follow HIS Plan and fulfill HIS Purpose.

Monday March 26, 2007       "Power in HIS Name!"
"Living in Freedom!"
Romans 6:3-6 (Amplified Version)
Are you ignorant of the fact that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? We were buried therefore with Him by the baptism into death, so that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious [power] of the Father,....
I know that death will set my spirit free from my body, and after that my soul will be eternally in the Presence of God.

Tuesday March 27, 2007       "Power by HIS Spirit!"
"HIS Presence in Believers!"
1 Corinthians 15:54-58 (Amplified Version)
When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: "Death has been swallowed up in victory."....
God's WORD says, that to be absent from the body, is to be at home with HIM in heaven.

Wednesday March 28, 2007       "Power in HIS Blood!"
"HIS Sacrifice for Believers!"
John 6:52-54 (Amplified Version)
Then the Jews began to argue sharply among themselves, "How can this man give us his flesh to eat?"....
I am compelled to Believe the Apostle John had a deeper understanding of the Christ' WORDs of TRUTH and what HE meant by these scriptures at the time when they were spoken before HIS crucifixion and death, than did some of the other disciples.

Thursday March 29, 2007       "Power in Praise!"
"Believer's Offering!"
Romans 15:13 (Amplified Version)
May the God of your hope so fill you with all joy and peace in believing [through the experience of your faith] that by the power of the Holy Spirit....
God's Power should be unmistakeably evident in every aspect of a Believer's life, allowing that one's Faith is excersized as an ongoing, purposeful and resilient witness of Christ.
