"Fruit Bearers!"
Since these WORDs of Christ were recorded by the Apostle John over 2000 years ago, I see the Kingdom of God advancing rapidly towards the Day of HIS Glorious return for HIS true and faithful followers.
There is nothing in this world which can provide the Truth which Christ gives in the way of living a Holy and Righteous Life.
Jesus knows this, and spoke many times throughout scripture to HIS disciples about the blessings which come to all those who follow HIM by Faith, and serve HIM by their works, directed and taught HIS Ways by Holy Spirit.
There is someone who reads this devotional today, that needs to be encouraged in their walk with Christ, and there is also someone who needs to hear the Gospel of Christ, and know that HIS death and resurrection was for their eternity.
When the two of these meet, whether today, tomorrow or next week, Holy Spirit will guide that Believer with the WORDs to speak which will bring the Joy and Peace of knowing Christ as Lord and Savior into the heart of that person who has lost hope and is without the forgiveness which comes only through the Precious and Atoning Blood of Jesus.
