"Yielding to HIS Spirit!"
That question, 'How is it possible for me to do so unless someone explains it to me and guides me to the Truth?', is many times upon the hearts of those who are living in desperation and hopelessness, yet their reluctance of being thought of as ignorant, seals both their lips and their hearts to the Gospel of Christ.
Reading the Apostle Luke's account of how Philip answered this man's desperate need for understanding, I must not only be listening to what WORD is being spoken into my heart by God's Spirit, but I must also be listening to what words are NOT being spoken by those in need of a life-changing relationship with the King of Glory.
I must be determined to Obey Holy Spirit, just as Philip was, being prepared whenever necessary, to proclaim the Good News of Christ.
Having that Precious Gift of Salvation and Eternal Life, to be proclaimed to all who are seeking Truth, bearing fruit whenever and whereever HIS Spirit guides.
Knowing God's Truth and sharing it with others, is what Believers in Christ are purposed for and commissioned by Christ Jesus to be prepared to do.
