"Forerunners and Overcomers!"
These WORDs of Christ must also be spoken with Passion and Purpose, within my heart and soul as a Believer, that I am Obedient and Faithful to the appointment which God has called me to accomplish and finish.
God's WORD speaks of John, as the one appointed to the Good News of the coming Savior, to all those who sought God's Forgiveness through Repentance.
John was a Forerunner of the Gospel, Christ Jesus is the Overcomer and Victor, who brought the message of Salvation and the principles of God's Kingdom, so that I might believe in HIM and have Eternal Life.
A simple message, yet so Powerful that God's WORD records men and women who gave up all that they had to follow Christ and they gained an inheritance far above and beyond what the wealth and riches of the world offered.
I realize the importance of God's WORK which is being done through Holy Spirit in my life, and I count it all Joy to bear witness that my heavenly Father has given me the same Power and Provision to Proclaim the message of Christ Jesus and HIS Redeeming Love.
