"Priests of Faith!"
Guided by Holy Spirit to select men who would Obediently serve the duties and needs of the growing church, allowed the Apostles to continue preaching and teaching the Gospel.
Christ had chosen 12 men to whom HE would teach the Truth and Righteousness of God and HIS Kingdom.
Then HE commanded them to preach that message of the Good News of Salvation in the Kingdom of God where ever and to whom ever they came in contact with.
This scripture gives evidence that when I am Obedient to do HIS Will, there will be many who will place their Faith in Christ, receiving HIS Promise of Salvation and Eternal Life.
As a Believer in Christ and the message of Salvation, I too must diligently seek to serve as a Priest of Faith, Proclaiming the Kingdom of God and HIS Righteousness.
The needs of the church remain the same after 2000 years, and as the message of Christ spreads, there will be ample opportunities for service as the number of Believers grows.
