Monday October 1, 2007       "Light Attraction!" John 12:44-46 (Amplified Bible) But Jesus loudly declared, The one who believes in Me does not [only] believe in and trust in and rely on Me, but [in believing in Me he believes] in Him Who sent Me. And whoever sees Me sees Him Who sent Me. I have come as a Light into the world, so that whoever believes in Me [whoever cleaves to and trusts in and relies on Me] may not continue to live in darkness. The example that I must follow, is one where Jesus loudly and clearly declared to HIS disciples of HIM coming as The Light of the world, bearing God's Truth of Hope and Deliverance as HIS message from heaven.

Tuesday October 2, 2007       "Light the Way!" Luke 8:16-18 (Amplified Bible) (Jesus speaking) No one after he has lighted a lamp covers it with a vessel or puts it under a [dining table] couch; but he puts it on a lampstand, that those who come in may see the light..... The Gospels of the New Testament record Christ Jesus teaching the Parable of the Sower and the Seed, each account following up with a passage such as the one above.

Wednesday October 3, 2007       "Days of Light!" John 8:12 (Amplified Bible) Once more Jesus addressed the crowd. He said, I am the Light of the world. He who follows Me will not be walking in the dark, but will have the Light which is Life. To be a Believer in Christ, and to follow HIM by Faith, it is absolutely necessary that I submit to Holy Spirit for guidance and understanding of God's WORD.

Thursday October 4, 2007       "Son-Light!" 1 Thessalonians 5:5 (Amplified Bible) For you are all sons of light and sons of the day; we do not belong either to the night or to darkness. The Apostle Paul knew the void of darkness, a realm where the hopelessness of gloom and despair reside.

Friday October 5, 2007       "SwItched!" Ephesians 5:8 (Amplified Bible) For once you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord; walk as children of Light [lead the lives of those native-born to the Light]. As a child of Light, a Believer must walk by Faith and be constantly guided by Holy Spirit, never relying upon their physical eyesight which was formerly dimmed by darkness, as did the Apostle Paul experience firsthand in his own life.

Monday October 8, 2007       "God's 'Trust' Fund!" Acts 8:37 (Amplified Bible) And Philip said, If you believe with all your heart [if you have a conviction, full of joyful trust, that Jesus is the Messiah and accept Him as the Author of your salvation in the kingdom of God, giving Him your obedience, then] you may. And he replied, I do believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. I completely put my 'Trust' in God, believing totally in HIM and HIS WORD to care deeply for me and everything about me.

Tuesday October 9, 2007       "Hunger and Thirst for HIS WORD!" Matthew 25:44-45 (Amplified Bible) (Jesus speaking) Then they also [in their turn] will answer, Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You? And He will reply to them, Solemnly I declare to you, in so far as you failed to do it for the least [in the estimation of men] of these, you failed to do it for Me. I have read this scripture many times over the years, and each time I gain something new in my understanding of what Christ was teaching HIS disciples.

Wednesday October 10, 2007       "Victorious in Faith!" 1 John 5:4 (Amplified Bible) For whatever is born of God is victorious over the world; and this is the victory that conquers the world, even our faith. Numerous times have I been oppressed on every side, only to pass triumphantly through the dark valley of trials, which at the time, seemed overwhelming as I looked at these situations through my physical eyes and my carnal understanding.

Thursday October 11, 2007       "The Delivery!" Acts 13:47 (Amplified Bible) For so the Lord has charged us, saying, I have set you to be a light for the Gentiles (the heathen), that you may bring [eternal] salvation to the uttermost parts of the earth. Christ Jesus paid a steep price for my Freedom, giving HIS Life so that I might have Eternal Life.

Friday October 12, 2007       "Display of HIS Power!" Romans 9:17 (Amplified Bible) For the Scripture says to Pharaoh, I have raised you up for this very purpose of displaying My power in [dealing with] you, so that My name may be proclaimed the whole world over. The Apostle Paul refers to 'Scripture' as he reminds his listeners of God's Mercy and Redemption, using even the most hopeless situation to reveal HIS Power to the whole world.

Monday October 15, 2007       "HIS Protection!" Acts 27:22 (Amplified Bible) But [even] now I beg you to be in good spirits and take heart, for there will be no loss of life among you but only of the ship. There were many times that the Lord protected the Apostle Paul during his travels to spread the Gospel of Christ to faraway lands.

Friday October 19, 2007       "Priests of Faith!" Acts 6:7 (Amplified Bible) And the message of God kept on spreading, and the number of disciples multiplied greatly in Jerusalem; and [besides] a large number of the priests were obedient to the faith [in Jesus as the Messiah, through Whom is obtained eternal salvation in the kingdom of God]. Guided by Holy Spirit to select men who would Obediently serve the duties and needs of the growing church, allowed the Apostles to continue preaching and teaching the Gospel.

Monday October 22, 2007       "The King's Suite!" Romans 8:9 (Amplified Bible) But you are not living the life of the flesh, you are living the life of the Spirit, if the [Holy] Spirit of God [really] dwells within you [directs and controls you]. But if anyone does not possess the [Holy] Spirit of Christ, he is none of His [he does not belong to Christ, is not truly a child of God]. The Apostle Paul knew the importance of God's Promised Holy Spirit, HIS dwelling in that part of me that will guide, direct and control my thoughts and actions each day.

Tuesday October 23, 2007       "A Glorious Vision!" Acts 7:55-56 (Amplified Bible) But he, full of the Holy Spirit and controlled by Him, gazed into heaven and saw the glory (the splendor and majesty) of God, and Jesus standing at God's right hand; And he said, Look! I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing at God's right hand! The Apostle Luke writes of a very important detail that I must testify to as I read his account of what Stephen saw just moments before he fell dead from being stoned by his accusers.

Wednesday October 24, 2007       "Upper Management!" Acts 9:2 (Amplified Bible) And requested of him letters to the synagogues at Damascus [authorizing him], so that if he found any men or women belonging to the Way [of life as determined by faith in Jesus Christ], he might bring them bound [with chains] to Jerusalem. Traveling under the authority given him from the High Priest, Saul sought diligently to chase and capture Believers of Christ.

Thursday October 25, 2007       "The Three R's!" 1 Thessalonians 2:12 (Amplified Bible) To live lives worthy of God, Who calls you into His own kingdom and the glorious blessedness [into which true believers will enter after Christ's return]. As a Believer in Christ, I must be as Dedicated as the Apostle Paul in my prayers, and Faithful as he was to the Proclaiming of the Kingdom message, as God has called each believer according to be witnesses of HIS Son, Christ Jesus.

Friday October 26, 2007       "POWER Promotion!" John 11:4 (Amplified Bible) When Jesus received the message, He said, This sickness is not to end in death; but [on the contrary] it is to honor God and to promote His glory, that the Son of God may be glorified through (by) it. In God's WORD is recorded many times of Christ healing the sick and diseased, and even bringing LIFE to those who were dead, as the Apostle John and many other disciples were witnesses to.

Monday October 29, 2007       "Lord of Miracles!" Acts 19:11-12 (Amplified Bible) And God did unusual and extraordinary miracles by the hands of Paul, So that handkerchiefs or towels or aprons which had touched his skin were carried away and put upon the sick, and their diseases left them and the evil spirits came out of them. Christ came and began healing the sick of incurable diseases and even raising many from the dead, and HIS Promise to emPower HIS followers to accomplish these same miracles as testimony is being fulfilled by Holy Spirit even today.

Tuesday October 30, 2007       "Occupy and Multiply!" Luke 4:6 (Amplified Bible) (Jesus speaking) And he said to Him, To You I will give all this power and authority and their glory (all their magnificence, excellence, preeminence, dignity, and grace), for it has been turned over to me, and I give it to whomever I will. The whole earth and everything in it belongs to the Lord, and those who Obediently follow HIM are commanded to 'Occupy and Multiply', administering HIS WORD with Authority and by the Power HE gives by HIS Spirit.

Wednesday October 31, 2007       "Servants of Holy Fire!" Hebrews 1:7-9 (Amplified Bible) Referring to the angels He says, [God] Who makes His angels winds and His ministering servants flames of fire;..... God's WORD commands those who Believe in HIS Son Christ Jesus to spread the Good News of HIS Kingdom, anointing them with an everlasting source, 'the Oil of Joy and Gladness'.
