"Storm Shelter!"

2 Timothy 4:18 (Amplified Bible)

[And indeed] the Lord will certainly deliver and draw me to Himself from every assault of evil. He will preserve and bring me safe unto His heavenly kingdom. To Him be the glory forever and ever. Amen (so be it).

Certainly the Apostle Paul was no stranger to the sufferings of discipleship, because before he was transformed by the Power of God's Spirit, he himself had perpetrated severe persecution upon those early believers.

This is the man, as the Apostle Luke records in Acts chapter 7, who having heard with his own ears God's WORD, gave approval to the stoning of Stephen, martyred for his bold and unwavering witness of Christ.

Those rocks that have been stained with the blood of many Believers, will as Christ stated, one day also proclaim HIM as Lord and Savior, as HE prophesied they fall upon those who reject HIM.

God's WORD tells me that I too will be delivered and drawn to HIM, where HE preserves my soul in the safety of HIS heavenly Kingdom.

I am encouraged by these WORDs of Paul, written to young Timothy, where even though the storms of life prevail all around me, I am comforted and find refuge from them in Christ.

God's Son is the only 'Storm Shelter', that is provided for the safety of those who by Faith accept HIM, and in Obedience serve HIM with their very last breath....

O'Lord, YOU alone are a Refuge for my soul,
saving me from the storms that surrounds me!
YOU cover me with YOUR Loving Hands,
keeping me safe from the snare of evil!!
I will Proclaim YOU as my Savior and my Lord,
to those who are seeking Hope from life's storms!!!
To do YOUR Will, that none be lost for eternity,
but find Shelter in YOUR Son, Christ Jesus!

Every breath I take, I will sing HIS Praises!

Forever YOUR WORDs will be upon my lips!
Hallelujah and Amen!!!
