"Reports of LIFE and Victory!"
Searching through the many articles written recently on the effectiveness of the Church in reaching the lost, I find much of this information regarding Believers in Christ sharing the Good News of the Gospel around the world, both a disappointment and an encouragement.
Various studies have put the effectiveness of present evangelism at the bottom of the list, recording that only 1 out of 20 Believers have shared their Faith with at least 1 person in their lifetime.
Where the encouragement from all of these reports comes from is that in the last 30 years, more nations have received the Gospel than in any other period in the history of the church.
These rather informative polls show that 5% of Believers are firmly committed and dedicated to advancing the WORK of God, where restricted Freedom to evangelize in many of these nations, is producing the greatest increase of souls being brought into the Kingdom.
A little more than a decade ago, a worldwide avenue of communication opened the way for Believers around the world to experience the prophetic implications mentioned in God's WORD of a Great Outpouring of Holy Spirit.
Those 1st century Apostles and disciples were Powerfully FILLed by God's Spirit to proclaim with Boldness the Kingdom of God, speaking to ears that had never once heard of Christ Jesus, as God's Son both Savior and Resurrected Lord.
Time grows increasingly short, as one would only look to the present circumstances that this world faces today, yet the Hope and Peace found only in God's WORD provides the Comfort and Joy that so many are searching for, but have yet to find.
Faithful to endure increasing opposition, Obedient to move forward despite
the obstacles of distance and FILLed with God's POWER to defeat both, Believers in Christ must be guided by Holy Spirit to stay the course and strive to fulfill the Great Commission within their lifetime.
