Tuesday July 1, 2008       "Proceed Victoriously!" 2 Corinthians 4:16-18 (Amplified Bible) Therefore we do not become discouraged (utterly spiritless, exhausted, and wearied out through fear). Though our outer man is [progressively] decaying and wasting away, yet our inner self is being [progressively] renewed day after day...... The Apostle Paul suffered much for the Gospel of Christ, facing monumental opposition and oppression, he courageously pressed on in Faith, considering that Eternity in God's Presence far outweighed his temporal circumstances.

Thursday July 3, 2008       "LIGHT-Headed!" Luke 1:79 (Amplified Bible) To shine upon and give light to those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death,to direct and guide our feet in a straight line into the way of peace. These WORDs were spoken by Zechariah, inspired in his heart by Holy Spirit, as instructions to his son John the Baptist, and to us today as Believers in Christ.

Monday July 7, 2008       "Possessing the Kingdom NOW!" John 5:24 (Amplified Bible) (Jesus speaking) I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, the person whose ears are open to My words[who listens to My message] and believes and trusts in and clings toand relies on Him Who sent Me has (possesses now) eternal life. As Christ Jesus spoke these WORDs, HE was stating emphatically, that as Believers we NOW POSSESS every Promise of God, the ultimate PURPOSE for which HE came to earth declaring the Kingdom of God to mankind.

Tuesday July 8, 2008       "Treasure of LIGHT!" 2 Corinthians 4:6-7 (Amplified Bible) For God Who said, Let light shine out of darkness, has shone in our heartsso as [to beam forth] the Light for the illumination of the knowledgeof the majesty and glory of God [as it is manifest in the Personand is revealed] in the face of Jesus Christ (the Messiah)..... The Apostle Paul looked upon possessing the KNOWLEDGE of Christ Jesus as God's Son, Savior and LORD of mankind, to be regarded as precious and rewarding, greater even than having amassed great riches and honor.

Wednesday July 9, 2008       "Agape NEVER Fails!" 1 Corinthians 12:27 (Amplified Bible) Now you [collectively] are Christ's body and [individually] you are members of it, each part severally and distinct [each with his own place and function]. Believers in Christ must regard God's WORD as Inerrant, Infalliable and Inspired by Holy Spirit, Divinely Authoratative and Dispensed for Operational Completeness.

Friday July 11, 2008       "Standard for LIFE!" Romans 6:4-5 (Amplified Bible) We were buried therefore with Him by the baptism into death,so that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious [power] of the Father,...... Encouraged by these WORDs written by the Apostle Paul, I realize the LOVE God has for me by paying the Price of death so that I might have LIFE.

Monday July 14, 2008       "Expectancy!" 2 Corinthians 10:15 (Amplified Bible) We do not boast therefore, beyond our proper limit, over other men's labors,but we have the hope and confident expectation that as your faithcontinues to grow, our field among you may be greatly enlarged,still within the limits of our commission, The Apostle Paul expresses his HOPE to those who read his letter to the Corinthians, a Confident Expectation that as our FAITH continues to grow, others might hear the Good News of Salvation and Redemption of Christ Jesus.

Wednesday July 16, 2008       "Eager Believer!" 1 Corinthians 14:12 (Amplified Bible) So it is with yourselves; since you are so eager and ambitiousto possess spiritual endowments and manifestations of the [Holy] Spirit,[concentrate on] striving to excel and to abound [in them] in waysthat will build up the church. Holy Spirit is given to Believers by God as an endowment, a downpayment of our Inheritance which signifies that we are Kingdom possessions.

Thursday July 17, 2008       "ALTERed by HIS LOVE!" 1 Peter 2:24 (Amplified Bible) He personally bore our sins in His [own] body on the tree [as on an altar and offered Himself on it], that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed. These WORDs of the Apostle Peter, paint a vivid picture in my heart, of God's deep Love for me.

Monday July 21, 2008       "Excess!" 2 Corinthians 2:7 (Amplified Bible) So [instead of further rebuke, now] you should rather turnand [graciously] forgive and comfort and encourage [him], to keep himfrom being overwhelmed by excessive sorrow and despair. In recent years, humanity has sought to soothe discomfort and sorrow with an excessive amount of luxuries, ever widening the gap between morality and debauchery.

Tuesday July 22, 2008       "Opulent!" Acts 4:33 (Amplified Bible) And with great strength and ability and power the apostles deliveredtheir testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus,and great grace (loving-kindness and favor and goodwill) rested richly upon them all. The Book of Acts records the mighty WORKs of Holy Spirit being done through those who had been with Christ Jesus, and Luke writes of the Grace, Favor and GoodWILL resting 'OPULENTLY' upon every one of the Apostles.

Wednesday July 23, 2008       "Wisdom's WEALTH!" Colossians 2:10 (Amplified Bible) And you are in Him, made full and having come to fullness of life [in Christyou too are filled with the Godhead--Father, Son and Holy Spirit--and reach full spiritual stature]. And He is the Head of allrule and authority [of every angelic principality and power]. The Apostle Paul's WORDs are a confirmation of the POWER and Authority that God gives to Believers, filling each with the Fullness of LIFE in Christ Jesus.

Friday July 25, 2008       "Forging Ahead!" 1 Corinthians 1:17 (Amplified Bible) For Christ (the Messiah) sent me out not to baptize but [to evangelize by]preaching the glad tidings (the Gospel), and that not with verbal eloquence,lest the cross of Christ should be deprived of force and emptiedof its power and rendered vain (fruitless, void of value, and of no effect). The Apostle Paul defines Discipleship as called by God to preach the Gospel, Declare the POWER of the Cross and Proclaim Christ Jesus as Resurrected Savior, reaching across the economic, religious and social divide of his day.

Monday July 28, 2008       "Catalyst!" 1 Thessalonians 5:23 (Amplified Bible) And may the God of peace Himself sanctify you through and through[separate you from profane things, make you pure and wholly consecrated to God];and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved sound and complete[and found] blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah). Believers are admonished by the Apostle Paul to be 'wholly' consecrated to God, spirit, soul and body, being found Pure and Blameless at the return of our LORD and Savior.

Tuesday July 29, 2008       "LIGHT-hearted!" 2 Corinthians 4:6 (Amplified Bible) For God Who said, Let light shine out of darkness, has shone in our heartsso as [to beam forth] the Light for the illumination of the knowledgeof the majesty and glory of God [as it is manifest in the Personand is revealed] in the face of Jesus Christ (the Messiah). The Apostle Paul points out that God desired Reconciliation for mankind, manifesting both Knowledge and Truth of HIS Glory and Majesty through Christ Jesus.
