I have often wondered if it is God WHO IS 'speaking' each time a THUNDERstorm appears, not unlike the times when STORMs THUNDER through my life, and as I listen for that INSIDE Voice to Comfort my heart and mind, it is this scripture which reminds me to Glorify and Honor God regardless of my current circumstance.

As God had spoken to the children of Israel from the mountain, the silence of the desert wilderness was shattered by God's THUNDERing VOICE from heaven, a VOICE that to their ears sounded like a terrible THUNDER, brought such fear into their hearts that they sought for Moses to speak to God and HE would spare them their lives.

What a difference a few thousand years would make till this day when Jesus spoke to these people, when one deeply desires to hear God SPEAKing, that when HE does it is either unheeded or thought only to be thunder, as the Apostle John records the people as saying, even some who were present thought that only an angel had spoken.

Christ Jesus assures HIS Disciples that when HE ascends to heaven, a Comforter and Counselor would come, God's Holy Spirit as HE describes, would reveal more of Truth and bear a Testimony to the Glory and Power of God, which would be visible in their lives.

As I read further in God's WORD, I find where Christ urges me to 'Pray to the Father', making my petitions and requests known, and by Obediently following HIS WORD, I should be LISTENING intently and with great expectation for HIM to answer.

I must also Believe in my heart that the WORDs of Christ which refer to 'That INSIDE Voice', is God's Spirit WHO answers with direction and purpose which will 'Glorify HIS Name again!'

Some 2000 years have passed since Christ spoke of HIMself as being 'lifted up', and as HE draws me even closer each day, I must rely heavily upon listening to HIS VOICE for Comfort and Counsel, 'That INSIDE Voice' WHO answers and bears visible and undenialable proof that Truth comes from HIS Living WORD speaking directly to the ears of my heart.

O'Lord, YOUR Voice speaks a sound that my ears hear, so tender and sweet are YOUR WORDs of Love so dear! I desire to listen with my heart tuned to YOUR Spirit, that channel that bears Testimony to YOUR Name!! Silence was forever broken by a shout from angels high in heaven above, Christ Jesus, YOUR Precious Son is alive and reigning, deliverance and redemption on the wings of a snow white dove!!! With my lips I will VOICE my Praise to YOUR Holy Name, declaring Salvation with YOUR Power in Spirit and Truth! I will Glorify YOU with my Life made new and whole, Thank YOU Father for divine healing of my body and soul!

YOU have spoken in both the Thunder and the wind, and I have chosen to listen and Obey YOUR WORDs! Amen! >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>|||<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
