"Know HIS Will!"
This week is surely a time of JOYful Celebration for many, reminding Believers in Christ of HIS death, burial and resurrection.
What took place 2000 years ago at Calvary, was just the beginning of what God desires to do within the hearts and lives of all who will accept Jesus, the sacrifice HE offered, and the victory HE attained over death.
The Apostle Paul reminds me of the affliction that Jesus knew HE must endure, with such patience, knowing what was about to take place.
The very night that HE was arrested in the garden, Jesus was intent to pray, for knowing God's Will and then acting upon it.
I must duplicate the model of Obedience that Jesus displayed during those days before HIS crucifixion.
For it was JOY that HE bore the anquish of the cross, afflicted by HIS persecutors, yet HE was patient knowing God was about to complete the most Magnificent part of the plan.
Every moment of every day, I then must be Faithful to pray that whatever God's Will for my life is, that I will as Jesus, be Obedient to follow it and fulfill the very thing HE desires.
