3 Iyar 5768 (Hebrew 8th Month) "Continuous Flow!"
The Apostle John and many other disciples of Jesus were attending the Feast, where they presumed Christ would reveal HIMself as their long awaited Messiah and King.
It was a 'revelation' that Jesus desired HIS followers to receive, but it was in a much different way than what they expected.
As John writes again later, it was only after many of these disciples received Holy Spirit, did any of the previous teachings of Christ become understandable.
I now am able to understand many of the difficult teachings of Jesus, for as John states, God's Spirit reveals the deepest and innermost TRUTH of Christ, HIS mission and the continuous and ongoing role of impartation from Holy Spirit.
Without knowledge of the ONE TRUE Source, from where the river of 'Living Water' water flows, none would be able to navigate through this life successfully.
The storms of life, come fiercely attacking many Believers just about the time that our hearts are hungry and thirsty for those deep things of God, a distraction that must jolt us from complacency.
That is why each of us must cling even tighter to HIM and HIS WORD, drawing upon HIS Spirit with strong conviction and purpose to give testimony and share the reason for our HOPE in Christ.
